Araukana is a Venice-born, Bologna-based DJ, radio host and event organizer active within the city’s underground scene. His artistic path moves across DJing, sound research and cultural projects, developing a personal language shaped by curiosity, atmosphere and genre-fluid exploration.

He is co-founder of WHP Warehouse, a long-running Bologna collective active since 2012 that contributed to the local underground scene through independent parties and community-driven events. Following his experiences as a radio host on Plug Radio (Bologna) and Rough Radio (Rome), he launched RMR RADIO, an independent platform combining radio, music research and visual arts, with a curatorial focus on quality and experimentation.

Araukana has also recently joined Subtle Radio London as a resident, bringing his sonic frequencies to one of the world’s most vital capitals of British electronic music culture.

His DJ sets move across techno, bass music, halftime, downtempo, ambient and leftfield electronics, crafting hypnotic and psychedelic journeys where dancefloor energy merges with deeper, immersive soundscapes. Focused on storytelling and deep listening, his selections connect different genres through atmosphere, tension and carefully curated transitions rather than fixed BPM logic.
