LATITUDINE UMBRA is a monthly radio transmission from Umbria, Italy — a shifting portrait of a territory told through the people who listen, collect, play and make music within it.

Each episode opens a one-hour channel to a different DJ, selector, producer or music obsessive connected to the region.

No genre. No fixed route. No single definition.

Just personal archives, obscure records, new sounds, local frequencies and distant echoes — moving through the landscape and beyond it.

LATITUDINE UMBRA is less a document of a place than a collection of ways of hearing it.

CONCEPT

A latitude is a line on a map.

An Umbrian latitude is something less precise.

It moves through clubs and countryside, bedrooms and record shops, old traditions and new mutations. It follows the people who carry music from one place to another, creating invisible connections across a territory often perceived from the outside as quiet, peripheral, suspended.
